Bill Ashby is a Licensed Community Association Manager. He has a strong background in Project Management, Retail Management and Fiscal Management.
Bill is on the Board of Directors for the Community Association Institute (CAI), Co-Chair for the CAI Education Committee and is a member of the CAI Young Professional Committee. Bill has served on numerous Boards and Committees for Home-Owners Associations and Municipalities.

Tracy Ashby is a Licensed Community Association Manager. She graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Minor in Special Education. During Tracy’s professional career, she has gained expert knowledge in Accounts Payable, Office and Plant Administration and Accounting.
Tracy is also part of the Keller Williams Realty of Manatee as a licensed, active Real Estate Agent.
